Ben Buckler Boards Pty Ltd (“BB”) supplies awesome products that are made to excite, not rip people off. BB’s goal is to ensure all customers are extremely happy with their purchase.
Warranty – Stand Up Paddle Boards and Surfboards
All stand up paddle boards and surfboards are covered by a 12 month warranty.
BB warrants to the original customer that our BB product shall be free from all defects in material and workmanship for 12 months from the date of purchase. This means that in the unlikely event of a defect effecting the product performance, BB will either; replace the product, refund part or all of the value to account for the issue or repair the product. BB will consult with customer to identify the best outcome for both parties.
This warranty does not apply to any paddle board or surfboard that has been subject to abuse, misuse, negligence, or accident (i.e. riding into rocks, dropping off a car, driving over, leaving out in the hot sun for days at a time, etc). Defects caused by tampering or unauthorized alterations or repairs are not covered by this warranty.
If the paddle board or surfboard is still under warranty and for some reason something breaks or simply stops working, we will pay for the repair or replace the part in question. Parts required for warranty will be shipped to customers at no cost to the customer. Repairs can be organised through our network of authorised repairers, please contact BB for assistance.
Warranty – Skateboards & Onewheel's
BB warrants the following products, as per the manufacturer warranty, linked to below. To see what is covered by the manufacturer warranty, please click on the relevant link. Warranties on skateboards and Onewheel's are not transferable to second owners, unless agreed in writing with BB prior to the second hand sale.
Defects caused by tampering or unauthorized alterations or repairs are not covered by warranty.
Perishable items are not subject to warranty due to their deterioration through standard use, these items are - bearings, belts, tubes, tyres, bushings, grip tape and wheels. If the board is still under warranty and for some reason something breaks or simply stops working, we will repair or replace the part in question. Parts required for warranty will be shipped to customers worldwide at no cost to the customer. Warranty return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, however we will repair or replace and return free of charge ASAP.
All manufacturers reserve the right to inspect their product prior to a refund or a replacement.
It is important to note that while some skateboards can be ridden in light rain, warranty does not cover faults or damage caused by water.

Evolve need to approve all refunds or replacements. Evolve need to inspect the returned product before any refund or replacement decision can be made.
Every Dot Skateboard product automatically comes with a 12 month warranty against manufacturing defects.
Bearings, wheels, and grip tape are normal wear and tear items and are not covered under warranty. Any amount of water has the potential to damage the board, and water damage is not covered under warranty. Any customization or alterations to the board, mechanical parts, or electronics will void your warranty and likely cause the board to be completely inoperable, so alter at your own risk.
Warranty - Super73
In Australia the default warranty on manufacturing faults is 12 months from purchase date on the ZG, SG, SG1 and all electrical components on eBikes like batteries and display units.
On all newer bikes, like the ZX-E, S2-E, RX-E, a twenty- four (24) month warranty applies, from date of delivery to the original owner for all non-electric parts, excluding wear and tear on tires, tubes, rims, spokes, brake pads, cables, chain, wheels, grips, and saddle and excludes damage from power surges, water damage, improper maintenance, or such other misuse or normal wear.

Super73 warranty is a parts replacement only warranty. Which means that BB will cover the cost of sending you replacement parts, but not the cost of fitting them to the bike, nor the cost of any bike recovery from swamps, gorges or remote locations. BB will however guide the owner through how to replace the defective part and from experience, if you can ride a bike, it's very likely you will be able to replace a part on the bike yourself.
Super73 eBike owners do need to take responsibility for general care and maintenance of their own bikes.
It is important to note that while bikes can be ridden in light rain, warranty does not cover faults or damage caused by water.
All products that are sold as factory seconds, refurbished or used, come with a maximum of 6 months warranty unless advised otherwise.
Pre-Order Refund Policy
Pre-orders assist BB in financing the importation of pre-ordered products. BB cannot control the timing of importation. Change of mind refunds can only be accommodated once the pre-ordered products have arrived at BB for processing in Australia.
When BB refunds for change of mind, the transaction fees charged at the original purchase are not refunded to BB, so BB needs to pass on those transactions fees, which range from 2.5% for PayPal to 5% for Zip.
If you feel that your pre-order jeopardises your ability to continue to pay living costs while you wait for your product to arrive, we strongly recommend you do not pre-order our products.
Layby Refund Policy
Layby purchases that are not completed will incur a fee equivalent to 10% of your deposits. We will deduct this from your refund. When we are asked to Layby a product we incur storage costs, admin costs and forgo sale opportunities to hold your item until you are ready.

BB are so certain you’ll love your new board, that we offer a 7 day money back guarantee! If for some reason you are not satisfied, just return your board within 7 days of receiving it and we’ll refund 100% of your purchase price (less shipping costs). Just contact BB for advice before shipping your board back.
Your product will need to be in brand new condition and unused, so that we can resell it. If the product being returned to BB differs from what was sent or shows any signs of use BB will advise the customer and refund only the market value of the product.
PLEASE NOTE: If you purchased our board through a retailer, not directly through Ben Buckler Boards, you will need to consult the place of purchase for their return policy. We cannot authorise refunds on behalf of our retailers, but we will of course do everything we can to assist you.
When returning products, please include all factory packaging and accessories in the same way you received them. All merchandise must be shipped via a professional freight agent and the package must have the board owners details on it. The freight must be paid by the board owner.
The satisfaction guarantee is not available for in-store purchases where you have had the opportunity to touch and test ride the product.
BB adheres to and supports the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (“ACCC”) laws and guidelines in Australia.
