All European spec Super73's (sold in Europe and Australia) are natively classified as bicycles, meaning there's no need for a special license to ride them and they don't need to be registered as road vehicles. Just make sure to keep it in road-legal mode when you're riding in public.

The RX-E debuts Super73’s most powerful and technologically advanced drive system with multi-class ride modes. There are a few subtle differences, mainly because in Australia we follow the ebike laws in Europe, so Super73 have had to customise the bike and independently test for our country. Read more about the comparison here.

This bike is even better than I thought it was gonna be. I'm so so happy with it. Having this bike is a life savor for me as I'm not able to drive due to having no peripheral vision on one side. Really appreciate Omar and Ben Buckler Boards help and support through the whole process!
Extremely impressed with the fat tyre e-bike Super76 RX-E. Worth the investment if you are looking for a quality and powerful electric off road and on-road ebike. Feels like the bike wants to take off without me in unlimited mode with the throttle.
Since I've got the bike I've upgraded the lights, blinkers, rear view mirrors, half-twist throttle, heavy duty kick stand, molle plate and pouches, replaced the stick seat with a more padded seat, and painted the battery cover to custom green. I'm now happy with the look, and it rides like a dream
