If your Thousand helmet is stolen while locked to your bike with the patented Pop Lock, we'll replace it with a new one.
Only covers helmets stolen while secured with the Pop Lock. Your Police report needs to confirm this.

CRASH REPLACEMENT GUARANTEE
Taken a hit? A helmet that's absorbed an impact has done its job — we'll send a new one.

- Proof of purchase, to confirm your original helmet
- The damaged helmet returned to us for responsible recycling
02 / PROCESS
How a claim works
01. Submit Online
Lodge your claim within 30 days of the theft or accident.
02. We review it
For theft, we confirm the Pop Lock was used. For crashes, we check your photo. Plus proof of purchase either way.
03. We dispatch
Within 3 business days of receiving your helmet. We cover this shipping.
04. Colour match
We'll match your original colour where stock allows, or contact you to choose.
03 / EXCLUSIONS
What's not covered
This guarantee doesn't apply to:
- Theft where the helmet was not locked to a bike with the Pop Lock at the time (left unattended, stored elsewhere, or secured another way)
- Helmets that have been misused, tampered with, or aren't genuine Thousand products
- Cosmetic wear and tear from general use — this covers genuine theft or accidents only
- Helmets purchased second-hand
TERMS, IN PLAIN LANGUAGE
- Applies to any genuine Thousand helmet, wherever it was purchased in Australia.
- Anti-Theft claims are only eligible if the helmet was locked to a bike with the patented Pop Lock at the time of theft, as confirmed in the Police report.
- Claims must be lodged within 30 days of the theft or accident.
- Proof of purchase is required for every claim.
- One claim per helmet, for its lifetime.
- Replacement colour depends on stock — we'll contact you if your colour isn't available.
- Offered at the discretion of Thousand staff, subject to stock availability in Australia. We may change or end this offer at any time.
This guarantee sits alongside, and doesn't limit, your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
