Used to have two SL-300, until one day after leaning my board against a wall it fell over and smashed both of them, purchased this, and boy are they an upgrade. Super bright and lasts over 45 minutes on max brightness in my experience. A must-have if you ride in the dark.

O had three SL-1000 before this until I lost it which was a great light in itself. Upgrd3d this time and was not disappointed better beam spread with the new diffuser and the light is more white than the standard. The blue tooth feature is very handy having it mounted to a helmet rather than fumbling around trying to turn it off when you stop. With the extra $50 I say over the first gen, very happy with this.
