If your Thousand helmet is stolen, please send us a Police report and we will replace your helmet with a new Thousand helmet.

If your Thousand helmet is involved in an accident (we really hope not), please send us a picture of the damaged helmet and we'll send you a replacement Thousand helmet.

Depending on what stock levels we have at the time, we may not be able to supply the exact colour you need, however we will do our best to supply a colour that is close to what you had.

Kids Helmets and Australian Standards

It is now legal for businesses to import and sell bicycle helmets nationally that meet any of these international safety standards (U.S. CPSC, ASTM, EN 1078:2012+A1:2012), however it may not yet be legal in your state to ride bicycles with these helmets, as they don't have the Australian Standard Certification. We expect Australian states to adopt these national changes within 12 to 24 months.

Perfect helmet for our kid

The magnetic closure makes it so easy for our four year old to put on and take off herself! That in itself is worth it for this helmet! It fits her perfectly, as opposed to some cheaper alternatives, and she loves that she can personalise it with the stickers. Would def recommend.
