How do the repayments work?

What are the fees?
Zip Pay charges a monthly account fee of $7.95, which will be waived if you pay your statement closing balance in full by the due date. Similarly, Zip Money has a monthly account fee of $7.95, which is waived if you have no outstanding balances.
How do refunds work?
If you return goods to a store and they agree to a refund, the agreed-upon refund amount will be paid to your Zip account. The cash will subsequently be applied to your outstanding debt or, depending on the size of the return, your account may be placed in credit.
